To support delivery of our Services, ToDesktop Inc or ToDesktop Limited (Ireland), may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a "Subprocessor"). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Subprocessor.
We can enter into a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and, where required, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with customers.
These terms help support lawful cross-border transfers of customer data where applicable.
ToDesktop may use the following Subprocessors to host Customer Data or provide other infrastructure that helps with delivery of our Services:
