To support delivery of our Services, ToDesktop Inc or ToDesktop Limited (Ireland) may engage service providers that process certain Customer Data on our behalf (each, a Subprocessor). This page describes those providers and the services they perform.
The locations below describe principal hosting or processing locations, rather than a provider's headquarters. They do not imply that all support, network delivery or other processing is confined to those locations.
We can enter into a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and, where required, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with customers.
These terms help support lawful cross-border transfers of customer data where applicable.
ToDesktop may use the following Subprocessors to host Customer Data and operate the infrastructure used to deliver our Services:

As our business grows and evolves, the sub-processors that we engage may also change. Please check back frequently for updates.
