We only ask for personal information when we need it to provide our service. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent, and explain why it is collected and how it is used.

We retain collected information only as long as needed to provide the requested service. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect data from loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

4. Data Minimization

We collect and store only the data needed to deliver and secure the service. This includes account data (such as name and email), access-control and billing identifiers, and operational metadata (such as build configuration and security/audit events).

We do not intentionally collect or store highly sensitive personal data as part of normal use of the service.

Authentication is provided by Firebase Authentication and payment processing is provided by Stripe. ToDesktop does not store customer passwords or full payment card data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share personally identifying information publicly or with third parties except where required by law.

6. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Data Processing Terms and Transfers

We can enter into a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and, where required, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

8. Your Choices

You may refuse our request for personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide some services.
