- Add a self-serve "Programmatic releases" toggle to app settings. Users can now
enable or disable releasing without a security-token tap directly from the
dashboard; changing the setting is itself authorized by a security-token tap.
When
todesktop releaseis blocked because programmatic releases are disabled, the CLI now explains the setting and links to the app-settings page where it can be enabled.
